Around 10 years ago l was cleaning carpets in
Waterdown Ontario. The customer had already sold their
house and i was just putting the finishing touches with
some cleaning. The customer had left for the bank for
payment, while he was out i started smelling a burning
smell so i investigated and sure enough the dryer was on
fire. I quickly pulled out the dryer from the wall and stopped
it from spreading. The dryer line was completely plugged with
dryer lint, its very important to get this cleaned often to prevent
such a disaster from happening. This is a true story and is one of
reasons i started dryer vent cleaning as part of my business.
